TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to register as a bidder on the Cincy Card Shows Auction website, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions set forth below.
If you are tired of:
*Paying buyers premiums
*Thinking you had won an item only to have the auction extended because of a late bid
*Thinking you had won an item only to find out your price didn’t meet the reserve
*Paying inflated shipping costs
*Finding an item you want but it has an unreasonable starting price
THEN YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE! The winning bid amount is the price you pay delivered to your door. (Ohio residents will be charged sales tax)
GENERAL
We only accept bids from within the United States. We only ship items within the United States.
Your bids placed are a contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due.
All items are sold as is. Due to the volatility of the sports card and memorabilia market, we will only accept returns on items in which there was an error in the listing or that we have misrepresented an item.
BIDDING RULES
Items are sold to the highest bidder. Once a bid is placed, it can’t be retracted. Placing a bid constitutes acceptance of the terms of sale outlined in the auction rules. Cincy Card Shows Auctions reserves the right to refuse or accept any or all bids by any bidder.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa/Mastercard only.
At the end of the auction all winning bidders will have their credit cards on file charged for any winnings. By providing your credit card information to us, you authorize Cincy Card Shows Auctions to charge your credit card for the purchase amount of any successful bid plus associated taxes (if any).
AUCTION CLOSE
Each auction will have a hard close at the advertised time. No extended auctions. No couple minute delays to solicit more bids.
WINNING BIDS
Winning bidders will be notified following the auction of lots won. We will automatically process payment. Ohio residents must pay sales tax.
SHIPPING
IT’S FREE for purchases of $25 and over per auction total!!!! Any auction total under $25 will pay $3 shipping for their order. Items will be shipped promtly after the end of the auction.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
All items are sold as is – where is. Due to the volatility of the sports card and memorabilia market, we will only accept returns on items in which there was an error in the listing or that we have misrepresented an item. In the case of obvious faults (chips, cracks, significant damage, etc.) Cincy Card Shows Auctions does its best to list the fault within the description. Cincy Card Shows Auctions will provide descriptions based on its assessment of an item. However, we do not assume that our assessment of condition will be the same as your assessment. A lot of items Cincy Card Shows Auctions sells are antique, vintage, or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age and Cincy Card Shows Auctions will not list every flaw associated with each item as these are to be expected. We will offer high resolution scans or pictures and encourage potential bidders to ask questions prior to the auctions close.
Cards are offered either graded or ungraded. Please take note of that when bidding. We guarantee ungraded cards to be authentic but do not make guarantees of what they will grade if sent to a third party service. Cincy Card Shows Auctions does not guarantee autographs or provide its own certificates of authenticity. Any item that comes with a COA will be listed that way and include pictures of what you will receive with the item.
SALES TAX
All sales are subject to appropriate state sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior no later than 24 hours before the end of the sale. Upon receipt your future purchases will not be taxed. You may be required to update certificates on file periodically as deemed necessary.
FORFEITURE OF ITEMS
If the credit card on file does not process it will result in forfeiting the items you have won and us closing your bidding account.
